The villas´ layout is distributed on four floors with extensive terraces in front, allowing the entrance of unobstructed natural light and sea breezes which are typical aspects of summer villas where man is looking for contact with nature. The intermediate floor acts as the public heart between the private area on the top floor and the lower floors; this is where the swimming pool and large terrace is located.
