The project´s soul is composed by a central park with a big path and squares which comunicate all the buildings.<br />
<br />
Complex of 10 towers of 13 levels and a 7 levels bulding for comunal services such as gym and multiple purposes rooms. Also the complex has swimming pool and parking area for 650 spaces. <br />
<br />
It´s facades has diverse skins, sometimes this skins are transformed in balconies, other times are volumetric spaces in facades with different colors, everything generates a rithm in the complex. <br />
<br />
This 11-building complex leaves more than 70 percent of its landscape open to the public. A boon in this very dense zone of Mexico City. The layout of the 11 building generates squares and landscaped areas between built volumes. The complex has a large central garden, with a pedestrian walkway which ondulates through it.
