El Rosario is above what used to be the "Ex hacienda el Rosario", the main concept was to recover the existing structures such as "el Casco" and "la Troje" so they become part of the set and of a 10,000 square meter park.<br />

The Plaza offers versatile spaces in one place, consists of 3 levels with 2 large commercial stores, movie theaters, shops, restaurants, fast food, diners areas with terraces, outdoor areas with kiosks and a bicycle path around the park, 2 and a half levels of parking and also all the entrances and exits will be monitored with surveillance. The main body is built with the concept of "court" where everything revolves around a core. This core is a large dome of 45 x 45 meters which is also used as lighting at all levels to the basement 3. It has a circuit of transportation vertically, horizontal ramps and more than 3 cores plus 2 escalators.<br />

The mall structure is based on precast concrete and some elements of metal structure. The lining facades is of quarry, glass and panel of cement with application of plaster and paint. The covers are made from galvanized steel.
