The architecture consists of a compact volume with faces that make the most of the tectonic possibilities of the bare concrete that contrast with the blue mirrored glass and its natural aluminum project. <br />

The volumes give evidence of the functions inside. The commercial premise forms the platform, and the raised parking lot separates the commercial areas from the offices. The main floors are covered in blue glass and the face of the pent-office is set back from the street, creating space for two terraces that give privacy and protection both acoustically and visually.
