This complex is located in Tultitlan, an important industrial area in the State of Mexico. The development is ideal for light industry, manufacturing, and high technology companies, distribution centers, and business and commercial operations in general. <br />

The development is ideal for light industry, manufacturing, and high technology companies, distribution centers, and business and commercial operations in general. The complex has seven plants of different sizes constructed from prefabricated concrete and layered with blue laminate. The architects distributed the plants over both sides of a main road that is accessible from three different points, thus avoiding road crossings. The warehouse area is 119, 574 square meters, and the service area is 700 sq. meters, which generate a total construction area surface of 120,700 square meters approximately.
