This design was chosen by the Human Rights Commission to establish their offices in Mexico City. The site is located in Mexico City´s Downtown, next door to the most important television complex in Latin America. This location was chosen for the Human Rights Commission´s Headquarters because of it´s representative image. <br />

The side facing the main road is framed in stone, containing a concave glass surface on a base, within which is the entrance. This simple and monumental composition gives a sense of the institutional nature of the Human Rights Commission. The Commission frequently and with great success uses the building in its promotional material, and the architecture is aking to the company´s identity. <br />
