There is a large demand for housing in Mexico. With the country´s fast population growth, new housing spaces need to be created on a daily basis, both in new suburban developments as well as in urban areas. <br /> <br /> We have developed several public and middle income housing projects over the years, ranging for detached apartment blocks to large single-family housing complexes designed with future expansion in mind. Our main aim has been to design logical and functional projects that efficiently meet the users´s needs, creating a healthy urban environment that helps improve the quality of life. <br /> <br /> Our constant work on this type of development has led to a gradual evolution of ideas. The basic guiding principles are defined in terms of internal distribution and organization of housing, either vertical or horizontal, which incorporates new elements that give the structures their own identity. <br /> <br /> We have designed the majority of these complexes in Mexico City´s suburban areas, where there has been major population growth, such as Xochimilco, Santa Lucía, Coacalco, Atzcapotzalco, Cuautitlán Izcalli, Chalco, Tultepec, between others. We have designed similar projects in the states of Morelos, Puebla, Quintana Roo, Queretaro, Hidalgo, and State of Mexico, where the population increase has created the need for more housing. <br />
