Industrial Parks are Small cities buzzing with activity. We designed various projects of this type, with secure and efficient installations, that have become important poles of development while fulfilling ecological criteria to protect the environment. <br /> <br /> The success of industrial parks largely depends on their location and scale. Accessibility is a determining factor, planning should facilitate vehicle transit and anticipate entrance and exit points to avoid blocking roads. Migdal Arquitectos goes a step further by making the most of the given context when planning for these industrial plant developments. In Tepotzotlan and Tultitlán, State of Mexico, Migdal designed two projects: Industrial Eco Park Los Cedros and Nor-T Business Park. Another complex is located near the Mexico-Puebla freeway and still another one in Guadalajara´s periphery. In order to finish the construction of these projects as qickly as possible, we used prefabricated construction systems that could be mounted quickly. We employed a system of reinforced pre-tensioned concrete in the main structure that was assembled using articulations as if it were metallic structure. We opted for a variety of outside layers, ranging from spancrete panels to colored laminated panels.
